Bavaria’s best – Bavarian State Parliament

Bavaria’s best – Bavarian State Parliament

We are very proud and delighted that our employee Marcus Huber was honored for his outstanding performance at the “Bavaria’s Best” event in the Bavarian State Parliament.

The event began with an exclusive tour of the impressive Bavarian State Parliament, where we had the chance to experience the political institutions of our federal state up close. This unique opportunity allowed us to gain a deeper insight into the political processes and reflect on the importance of our trainees for the future of Bavaria.

Finally, the evening was rounded off with a guest performance by the Impro-Theater and a festive standing reception which gave us the opportunity to exchange ideas with other companies and individuals and make new contacts.

We are grateful for the opportunity to participate the “Bavaria’s Best” in the Bavarian State Parliament and enjoyed being able to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our trainees together with other companies!

Sparkassen Half Marathon in Pfarrkirchen

Tina Fischl breaks track record from 2006

Runner Tina Fischl from Fürstenstein provided a sporting highlight at the Sparkassen half marathon in Pfarrkirchen.

In glorious sunshine, around 600 athletes competed in the various distances. The many spectators and fans created a great atmosphere early in the morning.

Tina Fischl went into the race that day with the idea of breaking the track record set by Katrin Esefeld in 2006 (1:23.6 hours). The experienced endurance specialist who had never run here before and therefore did not know the course, quickly realized that this would not be so easy due to the partly considerable headwind. There were two 10.5 km laps to run. Each lap included a short climb as well as a meadow and gravel section, which demanded the utmost concentration from the athletes.

Immediately after the starting signal, the personal trainer set a remarkable pace and it quickly became clear that none of the women could keep up.

Tina Fischl was therefore completely on her own right from the start. A tough battle against time with her eyes on the block. “It was very tough running alone against the partly strong headwind, always concentrating on the kilometer pace and not letting go. An absolute challenge for body and mind. The fact that I was able to improve the old record by two minutes makes me very happy and I am very pleased with this result” said Fischl at the finish.

With a total lead of 11 minutes over the runner-up, Tina Fischl crossed the finish line as the women’s winner on Bavaria’s oldest trotting track in Pfarrkirchen. With her time of 1:21.16 hours, she improved the course record from 2006 by exactly 2 minutes.

13th Herzogstadtlauf Straubing

Tina Fischl defies bad weather and runs to a confident start-finish-victory

A total of almost 6,000 participants were registered for the 13th Herzogstadtlauf in Straubing last weekend. Due to the rather poor weather conditions with temperatures between 3° and 8°C and alternating sunshine, rain and hail showers, only 4,702 runners ultimately reached the finish line.

The exceptional athlete Tina Fischl, who had already won several of the various distances here in previous years, had also travelled to the event. This year, the fitness and personal trainer wanted to measure herself against the competition on the 10 km course through the city of Straubing.

The starting gun was fired, and the runners set a remarkable pace right from the start. Tina Fischl immediately took the lead in the women’s field and set the pace. Only a few male athletes were ahead of her.

The course through the city naturally demanded the athletes’ full concentration, as the constantly changing surface, especially the wet and therefore slippery pavement, was very dangerous.

Thanks to her many years of experience, Tina Fischl naturally knew when and where special care was required, but the pace was really fast in general. After about 5km into the course, her lead over the second-placed lady had already grown to over 3 minutes. Fischl did not have this information on the way, and she continued to push with full focus.

In the end, Tina Fischl achieved a great start-to-finish victory with an outstanding time of 36:50 min. and a lead of more than 9 minutes over the second-placed woman. In addition, only six male runners finished ahead of her.

10 km run in Palma de Mallorca

Tina Fischl finishes 3rd overall in the 10 km race at the port of Palma

As part of the training camp on the sunny island of Mallorca, endurance specialist Tina Fischl from Fürstenstein opted for a faster pace in the 10 km run along the port of Palma. More than 6,000 runners were registered for this excellently organized event.

Tina who currently is in the middle of her preparations for the upcoming racing season in Mallorca, had already won the half marathon here in Palma a few years ago and now wanted to compete with the best over the 10 km run.

The starting shot was fired punctually at 9:00 am in front of the breathtaking backdrop of La Seu Cathedral.

As expected, the race was started very quickly by the young foreign runners. Tina Fischl kept her nerve and didn´t want to go too fast right from the start. The first 5 km of the course along the port of Palma went really well due to the light tailwind, but Fischl already suspected at the turning point that the way back towards the finish would be really tough.

The eventual winner Barbara Vahalikova from the Czech Republic was about 200 m ahead right from the start. The Spaniard Yessica Perez Torente and Tina Fischl tried not to let the gap get too big. Fischl fought head-to-head with the Spaniard against the wind and the slight climb towards the finish.

Hundreds of cheering spectators along the course created a great atmosphere and the runners were duly celebrated at the finish line in front of the cathedral. Only 13 seconds behind the Spaniard, Tina Fischl finished as the fastest German athlete in an excellent 3rd place overall with a time of 37:36 minutes. The personal trainer left the competition far behind in her age group and deservedly secured gold here.

Tina Fischl at the finish: “I´m really very happy with the result. A race that I ran out of training and integrated as a tempo run into a week with around 700 kilometers of cycling and 100 kilometers of running. I´m looking forward to the upcoming races of the season and I am absolutely motivated”.
