Nesting box workshop
Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of pupils to our carpentry workshop.
The pupils had the opportunity to gain an insight into our joinery where they were able to familiarize themselves with various woodworking techniques and tools.
We have also donated materials for handicraft lessons as part of this initiative. This enables the teachers to give the pupils practical experience in working with wood and to encourage their creative skills.
The 9th grade’s nesting box campaign was met with consistently positive feedback throughout the village. The municipality of Eging would love to enhance the ecological value of its newly created biodiversity meadow and would therefore like the school to provide nesting boxes for this purpose.
We are grateful for the opportunity to work with schools and pupils and look forward to continuing to support such initiatives in the future. Through such programs, we not only want to pass on our craftsmanship skills, but also raise awareness of the importance of traditional craftsmanship and environmental protection.
