Dear ladies and gentlemen,
Dear companies in the Bavarian Forest!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A shortage of skilled workers is currently present everywhere. Finding the right workers or even trainees? One of the biggest challenges of our time for companies in all sectors!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We, metron eging and the living western town of Pullman City, have made a virtue out of necessity and want to counteract this problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A young, committed team led by the managing directors of the two companies developed and implemented the concept of the \u201cHoamatJob\u201d fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cHoamatJob<\/strong>\u201d training and job fair<\/strong> will take place once again on 9st & 10nd October 2026<\/strong> in Eging am See<\/strong> at the metron eging site<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We receive great encouragement and support from politicians, regional companies, vocational schools, the Employment Agency, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Chamber of Crafts, and other associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the platform for exhibitors, we offer a varied and informative supporting program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fresh, interactive, informative, interesting \u2013 the HoamatJob fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHoamatJob\u201d training and job fair<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On March 21st<\/sup> and 22nd<\/sup> 2025, <\/strong>the training and job fair \u201cHoamatJob\u201d <\/strong>took place for the third time in Eging am See at the two organizer locations Pullman City and metron eging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event received a great response and was again actively supported by politicians, regional companies, vocational schools, the employment agency, the chamber of industry and commerce, the chamber of trade and other associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone who registered at hoamatjob.de could become an exhibitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to numerous presentation opportunities for exhibitors, the fair also offered a varied and educational supporting program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fresh. Interactive. Informative. Interesting. HoamatJob \u2013 a fair with added value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big thank you to all exhibitors, visitors, teachers and students who have once again made the HoamatJob a complete success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New construction measures for inventory optimization and efficiency increase<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of our growth strategy and to optimize our logistics processes, modern warehouses are being built both in Eging and Garham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These will not only create additional capacity, but also enable efficient and sustainable storage solutions, replacing the previous system of external storage spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new warehouses with 9,000m\u00b2 of space in Eging and approx. 9,000 \u2013 10,000 m\u00b2 of space in Garham (right next to the highway) will not only offer a central and cost-saving solution in the future, but also provide other advantages such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
